Terms of Use

Last updated 7 September 2026

This is a personal portfolio: a description of work built by one person, published so that anyone curious can look. Using the site means accepting the few points below.

What this site is

A showcase of software projects, with a resume and links to the running deployments of those projects. It sells nothing, hosts no accounts and takes no submissions. Nothing here is professional advice, and nothing here is an offer or a contract.

Accuracy

The content is kept current as a matter of pride, not obligation. Project descriptions, status badges and live links reflect what was true when they were written; a linked deployment can change or go offline without this page catching up immediately. Everything is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Content and code

The text, design and screenshots on this site belong to the site's owner. The code behind the projects lives in public repositories on GitHub, each under whatever licence that repository states — the licence in a repository governs its code, not this page. Quoting a sentence or two with attribution is fine; republishing the site's content as your own is not.

Links to other sites

Project links lead to deployments and repositories hosted elsewhere. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and this site is not responsible for what they do.

Fair use of the API

The site's small read-only API is public and unauthenticated. You are welcome to call it; please do not hammer it — it runs on a free tier that a rude script can exhaust for everyone else. Attempting to disrupt, probe or overload the site or its API is not permitted.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. Questions are welcome at bobbylon127@gmail.com.
